Hey all- How was everyone's holiday? Mine was relaxing and also fun with friends. In the evening J and I went to a cook out and hung out with friends. Pretty sure we were home and in bed by 8:30pm. Still fun though. It was nice to celebrate our Independence with awesome people. When we got home we relaxed and hung out with the pups. The fireworks always get my youngest doggy, Remington. I ended up sleeping awhile in the bedroom closet with him so we could have the door shut to drown out the booms. It was are "bomb" aka "fireworks" shelter for the evening. He has SEVERE anxiety. His poor little body vibrated non stop for 2 hours straight. I felt so bad for him. He was able to sleep it off today : ) and mama was able to get some rest.


This was the AWESOME outfit I wore. So fabulous. Every single item is under $20. Um.... YEP! I said it. 


RED/BLUE BODYSUIT $8.98

Let's start with the bodysuit top. How stinkin' adorable, right?!? I got this gem at Target for $14.99... but GUESS WHAT- go figure it is on sale online for $8.98.  I'm realizing I need to check online prices FIRST before purchasing. Because I'm finding it is typically cheaper online. Grrrr.....Thankfully this is GOOD NEWS for you!!!! Which is what I'm aiming for. The lower the price the better.

H&M HIGH WAIST SHORTS $9.99

These are my first pair of high waist shorts and I'm in love. Stretchy material which makes them extremely comfortable. They come in dark blue and light denim. I'm really excited for you guys because I paid the full price $17.99  in store HOWEVER I found them online for you on sale for $9.99! Makes me SO HAPPY that I can find adorable looks on sale. So worth the search for you guys.


SLEEK BLACK FLATS $14.99

Love Love Love these flats! So comfortable and can go with pretty much anything. My goal was to seek out an affordable pair for you guys! Found an adorable pair at Urban Outfitter's on sale for under $15!!!!! SUCCESS!!!

H&M WATCH $9.99

So I have posted about this watch before and now I have to post again since I wore it for this look. It's currently on sale and comes in multiple colors. Simple but sleek. It's always nice to have a watch laying around to add more character- especially an affordable one.


Unfortunately the sunglasses I have in this LOOK are from LOFT and currently sold out online. That doesn't mean that they will be sold out in store though!
