Hey ya'all! We are getting closer to Mission trip take off! We are preparing for our short term mission to Mexico in November but more importantly for Haiti in December. We had our third and final yard sale this past Saturday and raised another 170.00 for Haiti. God provided everything we needed last weekend and continues to provide everyday! Amen! We are so close to purchasing our plane tickets for Haiti in the next couple days and will have a better idea of where we are financially and how much left we need to fund-raise to cover the cost. I can say thus far we have raised and been gifted with $1,873. We want to thank EVERYONE who has helped make this mission possible and we want to especially thank God. We have no idea what's going to happen in Haiti but we pray to bring so much joy and happiness to the people. We may need this more than the people of Haiti. I have faith God's love will shine bright.

Last weekend we also attended the Live Forever Tour. A concert put on @ Grand Canyon University by Matthew West and Francesca Battistelli. It was amazing as Matthew West is every time we see him. Francesca was beautiful, and oh so amazing! I recommend you see them both live! The main reason we were attending the concert was because we volunteered with Compassion International. We handed out packets to anyone who wished to sign up to sponsor a child. We felt very successful, we had over 100 people sponsor a child. I would have felt successful if even just one child was sponsored. Compassion is an international program that gives children all over the world the means to know Jesus, have food in their bellies, books for school, and all their essential needs met. YOU can help make a difference.
