As we pulled out of our driveway today Justin said "let's pull over and take some pictures." It ended up being the "J Show". He's so funny. So I am dedicating this post to Men's Fashion and J. But first I have to say how much I LOVE road trips. We pre-cooked all our meals and loaded them in the cooler.

Healthy Egg Muffins
The only difference in our recipe was we used egg whites only. Recommended!!
So we have found ourselves listening to TED Talks- this is INTERESTING. From love, vulnerability, and life reasoning we are learning a lot. Did you know shame and low self esteem cause people to supress their vulnerable side? In return you suppress true Joy. To anyone reading, embrace your imperfections.
